This disclaimer does not guarantee immunity from claims and does not replace service-specific warranties, insurance, or signed agreements.
General information
Website descriptions, examples, articles, portfolio entries, and service summaries are general information. They may not reflect every requirement, dependency, risk, price, schedule, or later platform change.
No professional advice
Unless a separately signed engagement expressly says otherwise, website content is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, cybersecurity, accessibility-certification, or other regulated professional advice. Visitors should consult appropriately qualified professionals for those matters.
Third-party services and stores
Client websites, Vercel, Wix, Supabase, Upstash, Resend, Apple App Store, Google Play, payment services, hosting providers, registrars, plugins, libraries, and other third-party platforms are independently operated. Their availability, review decisions, policies, fees, security, accessibility, content, and changes are outside the agency's exclusive control.
Links do not automatically constitute endorsement or a promise that a third-party listing or service will remain available.
Hosting and availability
Websites and software can experience maintenance, network interruption, provider outage, platform suspension, malicious activity, device incompatibility, or other service disruption. Availability and recovery commitments must come from an applicable signed agreement and provider terms. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised.
Client-provided material
Clients should be responsible under a signed agreement for the accuracy, legality, permissions, licenses, privacy notices, and accessibility of materials they supply, including copy, images, marks, data, claims, account access, and instructions. The agency should not publish content it knows is unlawful or unauthorized.
Search, marketing, and business outcomes
Design, development, search optimization, analytics, and marketing work cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, engagement, sales, revenue, profitability, fundraising, downloads, approvals, or other business results. Outcomes depend on changing algorithms, competition, market conditions, client operations, budgets, content, and third-party decisions.
Any project-specific performance commitment must be express, measurable, and contained in a signed agreement.
Software and platform changes
Browsers, operating systems, devices, app stores, APIs, frameworks, libraries, vendors, and security requirements change. A deliverable that works at acceptance may later require maintenance or adaptation. Maintenance duties and supported environments belong in the signed agreement.
Warranty language
Any ‘as is,’ merchantability, fitness, title, non-infringement, or other warranty disclaimer must be reviewed for the applicable transaction and jurisdiction. A public disclaimer cannot override a written project warranty or a warranty that law does not permit the business to exclude.
The owner-approved project position provides a 30-day post-delivery limited warranty for reproducible defects in functionality expressly included in approved scope. Where legally permissible, it excludes new features, unauthorized modifications, third-party outages, hosting failures outside company control, and client-caused issues while preserving statutory rights.
The limited warranty does not guarantee search-engine rankings, revenue, customer acquisition, app-store approval, or uninterrupted third-party services. Ongoing maintenance and new functionality require separate written scope unless expressly included.
Liability language
When incorporated into a signed project agreement and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner-approved project position limits aggregate contractual liability to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
The cap does not apply where limitation is prohibited, including non-waivable liability. It is not a guarantee of enforceability or immunity, and this public disclaimer does not independently impose a project liability cap or override a signed agreement.
