Services

M. Etienne Web Designs provides professional web design services to clients ("you," "your"). Our services are subject to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions outlined in individual contracts or agreements.

Deposits

1. Non-Refundable Deposits: Upon engaging our services, you agree to pay a deposit of at least 50% of total design cost that was given to you via email/text. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Deposit Amount: The deposit amount required will be at least 50% of the total design cost.

Payment Terms

1. Payment Upon Completion: The remaining balance of the total project cost is due upon completion of the website design. Completion is defined as the point at which the website is ready to go live and is presented to you for final approval.

2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payment details must be provided and authorized before we commence work.

Late Payments

1. Additional Charges: If you fail to pay the remaining balance in full upon the completion of the website design, your card/bank account will be charged an additional fee of $300 plus the total amount that is past due.

2. Authorization: By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize M. Etienne Web Designs to charge your card for any outstanding balances and additional fees as outlined.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final website design and all related materials. Until full payment is received, M. Etienne Web Designs retains ownership of all designs, code, and materials created.

2. Usage Rights: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website for your intended purpose once full payment is received.

Revisions and Changes

1. Scope of Work: The scope of work and number of revisions will be detailed in your contract. Any additional work or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

2. Change Requests: All change requests must be submitted in writing. We will assess and provide a quote for any changes that fall outside the original scope of work.

Termination

1. Client-Initiated Termination: You may terminate the project at any time. However, any deposits paid are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any work completed up to the termination date.

2. Company-Initiated Termination: M. Etienne Web Designs reserves the right to terminate the project if you breach any terms of the agreement, including failure to make timely payments. You will be liable for all work completed and any additional fees incurred.

Limitation of Liability

M. Etienne Web Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which M. Etienne Web Designs operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
